408 Requst Error?

For the past 2-3 days I have been getting a message that says:

Quote :: 408 requst error

Please contact the admin of the website for more info.

Why was this happening to me? It looks like there were no problems for other members.

Sorry, but in my admin training at Forum Admin University they never told me about Error 408.

It said that the admin of the forum set the 408 error.
